My Package is Held at Customs in Shanghai for almost 1 year!

My package is being held at customs in Shanghai China since Jan 6, 2022: Customs Clearance, Export Customs/retained for inspection. Export Customs/Retention for Inspection. Shanghai. It is now November 29, 2022 (Expired 328 days) and I have no idea what's going on. Please help! Tracking number CP450519616CN. Thank you!
