Package held for export customs inspection

Hi, my package EV775767988CN has been held for export customs inspection in Guangzhou since 18th of July with no communication. Sender has said they have tried to contact but there is no answer? Any help please?

It seems that it's stuck in Guangzhou since July 18. The seller need to contact China Post service number 11185 to further check it. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, remember to ask them give you a solution in time.

EV002595506CN I was told by the Chinese Aliexpress seller that my package (a guitar) is being "Held By Customs" in Qingdao Customs for disinfecting due to the covid 19 pandemic. Is this what Qingdao Customs is doing with packages before a flight to the USA? True or False?
