Package held up for almost 60 days

In tracking my package it has stated "Fuzhou City, has been delivered to the airline transport" since May 15, 2020, which it is now July 7, 2020. It does not take that long to get to the U.S. from China. My tracking is: LS330548902CN. Are you able to give me any further information on my package?

Hi Karen C,

It was delivered by airline on May 14 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. To my experience, it should be reached recently.

Hi Daisy, I have a package that's being held in customs in FUZHOU, CHINA. It has been there since January 11, 2021. I am returning a pair of shoes that I purchased from a website called "DHgate". I sent back a package and it is still being held in customs since may 31 2021 tracking LH140075680US. Why is this still being held as I need the company to get this return so I can get my refund. Please release as this is just Halloween masks.
