Hello, my package has been held by customs for over 14 days, is my package going to be released or will it be shipped back?
tracking number is EV948498006CN, using EMS

It should couldn't be released by the customs. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

My package tracking shows processed Through in Jamaica NY distribution center on November 2, 2020. I send it October 30 and still missing. Please find it and return to sender. Tracking :CH112241355US

CH112241355US is sent by USPS. You need to contact USPS to check it for you and give you a solution if it couldn't be delivered in time.

Why is package still being held in customs in Jinan China (1 reply)

I am attempting to return item that was not what I purchased so I can be refunded appropriately. This item has been held in customs since March 18, 2022. Tracking number is LH164760302US.
What needs to be done to get this processed thru?

Hi, I have posted a return with royalmail, tracking is RY273729484GB. the item is being assessed by the China customs authority for about 2 weeks now. how long are parcel usually held by customs? if there are problems, as duties to be paid, and the seller doesn't take any action, will the parcel be returned to UK? If the item is sent back to UK, am I supposed to pay VAT and duties to receive it back? thanks
