Package in customs 60 days

ZC46969835899 package in customs in France since 12/06/2025. I waited 60 days like explained in the FAQs. Please could you contact customs in France? Or can I find a way to contact them ? I live in neighbouring country Belgium.

Hi Morseradio,

The package is not normal. To my experience, it has been lost as it has been over a month that still stuck there. You need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
