PACKAGE IN CUSTOMS SELLER WON'T HELP

My tracking number is EF001488545CN and it's been sitting in customs for a while now. The seller sent me a commercial invoice and said she didn't include it with package and I haven't heard anything about it from customs and tracking doesn't say it's being held from my end.

Seller also won't help now because she already refunded me because it was taking so long

Hi I have had the run around with this package from the start, the person wont give me a claim number to file with the mail people since it says it was delivered over a month ago and wasnt he says it is still in transit but my paypal says no with their tracking number, now it show sitting at the second destination in the US since June 6th now this guy says there is something wrong with it and i will be waiting a very long time for it, all i want is a number so i can speak with someone and find out whats going on, how do i get that he wont give me one says they have no phones. tracking number is: UU119555013CN Thank you
