I bought from Aliexpress a product in 12-2016 and until now I didn't received, if you can check for me where is the product , it should come to Israel country to Jerusalem city and it was send by China Post as written , tracking number is RF487663899CN

It's lost on the way. You'd better contact the seller on Aliexpress to see if you could ask your money back. The next time you buy something from Aliexpress, you'd better track your order often. In most cases, a package should arrive within one or two months and no more than three or four months, if you couldn't get it, you should open a dispute to Aliexpress to ask the money back. Or, you may get nothing at last.

If you couldn't get respond from the seller and Aliexpress customer service couldn't help you, there is no other way to get the package or money. A fall into the pit a gain in your wit. The next time you buy from Aliexpress, you should check if the seller is available at any time. Watch out the guaranteed time and if you couldn't get the package in time, you should open a dispute to ask the money back.

Surface a package is easy to be lost on the way. It's not suggested to use this way to send important and expensive items.
