Hi, the package has been at the guangzhou center since 24-Oct. Can you check if the package is lost at the center?

Hi Yufeng,

It seems that it's stuck at the customs of Guangzhou. The recipient may need to pay for the tax and get it. You'd better let the recipient in China contact China Post service number 11183 to further check it.
