Good day! I sent a registered mail from Philippines to China and I just found out that the paper I used for printing the address on the envelope gets erased after awhile. I'm afraid the address (both mine and the receiver) is not visible anymore since it has been more than a month since I shipped it. The status hasn't changed since 4/4. Is it still possible to be returned to my country?

If no information could be found on the envelope, it couldn't be returned back to you. It hasn't been reached in China. You'd better contact Philippine Post to check if it's normal now.
