Package not arrived, tracking number LM323835298CN

Please provide tracking assistance.

Amazon.ca says my package should have arrived March 31, 2017. Amazon says it was sent EUB tracking number LM323835298CN. I can find no reference to this tracking number in your tracking system.

Hi Richard,

We cannot find out any tracking result. Please make sure the sender has sent the parcel, or you can call 11183 if you are in China and call +86 10 11183 if you are outside China. Press 8 for English service.

It often takes one to two months to receive the parcel after it was sent.
