Package not received

Hi i called china post numerous times, they couldnt move the parcel to Ningbo and its been stuck in Beijing for a month.
i called and they say they have some problem and couldnt define the problem. its just that they cant move the package to ningbo and they cant locate exactly where it is and its only written beijing. can you please help?

Hi meiprai,

Sorry, we are only a third party package tracking platform providing online package tracking of worldwide express and postal couriers. We could do nothing to the package. You'd better contact China Post to tell them the detailed address of recipient.
