Package not Received

Hello,
The tracking info states that it's been delivered but I have not received it. It doesn't state the address it was delivered to, just the city, so I was wondering if it potentially got delivered to the wrong address entirely. Would you be able to email me the address that it was delivered? The tracking number is AS842528837CN and it was supposedly delivered on Sept 30th. I never received it, nor did my neighbors.

Tracking says they were delivered mid July but that is not correct. I am housebound and have not received anything from BLACKTOZL. On July 11th, I received an email stating “Your order is on the way” but still have not received. Please Advise!!
