Package not received

My package has been in transit 69 days. It arrived in US on December 17th. How do I know when it will arrive? UT745879699CN

Hi Victoria,

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since Jan. 17. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within a week after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
