Package returned to the seller?

I have a small mail tracked with RC983187699CN sent from china to australia. I saw it being sent to South Korra in the tracking amd now it has been returned to the seller? The seller definitely got the address as well as tracking code correct so im here to ask what happened for it to be returned

Hi Queenie,

The seller should filled the country by mistake and it was returned back. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
