Uh028553582us please help it's been sent October 8th and left the United States I believe the 14th and the seller says he did not receive a call from customs or anyone that the package is being held and he says he didn't get the package please help

Hi Suad88,

You need to let the receiver in China call China customs service number 12360 to check it as soon as possible.
