Package Shipped Via China Post

Good morning,
I ordered a package that shipped via CHINA POST Tracking #AT643886717CN
According to the tracking site, it says it has been at a US processing center since March 2 and has not moved for the last 11 days.
I contacted the company that I ordered it from Zcoooool on Thursday March 8th to get an up date and they said
"I sincerely apologize for the delay. Now the parcel is waiting to be scanned in your local city, it's expected to dispatch to you very soon, and it will update the shipping these two days."

Carrier: china-post
Express arrival processing center [US Pennsylvania US]

Hello,
Can you tell me if it is normal for a package sent from China, to be actually shipped out, but not showing up as "shipped" on the China post website?
For example, this tracking number: LW449013062CN
It only shows up as saying that the number was given to the post, but not saying it was shipped. Is this normal to happen often? Could it have easily been sent 3 weeks ago, as the merchant said it was?

Hello, I ordered an item from China to be shipped from Canada. The tracking number is LZ598018320CN.

It appears as though China Post processes and ships it, Canada Post accepts it then sends it right back and it then gets processed and shipped again and sent back. It has happened nine times now. Clearly there is something wrong with the shipping. I contacted the company and all they do is send me a generic message showing me that it’s been shipped even though it just keeps being returned. I don’t know what else to do. Thank you.

My package was suppose to be delievered from China to the USA. When I check China Post it says shipped but I never received it in the USA and USPS says they never got it and it is not their tracking number. AT668322654CN. Is it possible it was not shipped because I never got it.
