Package stuck at Guangzhou, No update for 9 days!

Hello, I have not had an update on my package since December 12, 2020. The package was suppose to be delivered December 14, and it is the week of Christmas.

My tracking number is: LY590851841CN someone please help.

Hi jdjone10,

It's impossible to be delivered on December 14. EMS takes about 10-30 days to be delivered in normal. As shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update.
