Hi, in July I bought an item from china to Argentina, which has not yet been delivered. The last update was on Sep 16 and has not shown any progress since.
Two tracking codes were provided to me:

Hi Zerua,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the Agentina after it was delivered to air transport. As it has been over two months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.

I recently ordered a package and it has been shipped, however it is stuck on "Handed over to airlines." for almost two weeks now. I was wondering if you could update me on my package and tell me if it has arrived in Australia?
