I have been informed by the French post service that my package is stuck in China due to a missing invoice. I would like to send it to you.
The international number of my package is the following 021500011776116500961101156
The La Poste tracking number is EW165009616FR
Please tell me if I can send it to you because the company that must receive the package is not able to answer me when I ask them to contact your service.

Sorry, we are only a tracking platform and couldn't deal with your package. You can just sent email to the receiver in China. The receiver could print it out and submit it to the customs. According to the tracking information, it's waiting for the receiver just to pay tax. The receiver can use WeChat to finish payment. Just search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then, click '缴纳税款' to pay.
