What's the status of package cy519368325de? You received the package from DHL Germany in August, but the package is still not delivered. It should be delivered to BangGood. You tracking in formation:

Hello!
This is a 400$ worth package, so I need to know where it is. Customs, as declared on the package, don't have to be paid, as it is a broken device which is sent back to BangGood.

There is no tracking information in our tracking system. You'd better contact DHL Pakcet to help you check it. If it's lost, you can contact them to ask for compensation.

It's retained by the customs of Guangzhou city. The recipient may need to provide document to get it. The recipient should have got a notice about it in August, 2019. You'd better contact the recipient to ask.

There are no customs to pay. It is a return package and declared as that correctly. So you just have to deliver the package to the recipient.

When will the package be delivered to it's destination? Again, it's a 400$ worth package, customs don't have to be paid. Please deliver this package!

Why is it retained? It's a return package from Banggood. So there are no customs to pay. It just has to be delivered.

You can contact China Post customer service by calling hotline 11185 if you are in China and 86 10 11185 if you are outside China. For English service, please press 8 after the call is got through.
