Package stuck in China since April

my package is stuck since April (LX101291245CN).
What's going on?
Is the parcel definitely lost? Do I need to contact the seller to have a refund?

It's still stuck at Beijing International Mail Exchange Station now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within two months, you need contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
