Package stuck in customs.

I have sent a package to China from Australia, tracking # LK129383220AU
It has been held in customs for more than four weeks, and they are telling the receiver of the package it is too big and must be returned. What do I need to do to get it out of customs?

You need to let the receiver require the customs to return it back to you.

Hello,
my DHL package is stuck in customs. The receiver is unwilling to contact customs and pay the possible fee to release the package. How can I contact customs and pay the fee, if required, so that the package can be finally shipped to the seller. It's a return from a order.
