Package stuck in customs?

Here is my tracking number: EB779543800CN

It has been stuck in customs for more than a week. Not sure if it's due to the holiday season, but it's an urgent package that I need before the 4th of January. What should I do?

Hi chickenbread,

Due to the latest Covid easing of lockdown rules in China, packages are greatly delayed. You need to wait for more days to get it. It couldn't be delivered in time. You can contact the seller and let the seller contact China Post to ask if they could push China Post to process it.

Hello,
my DHL package is stuck in customs. The receiver is unwilling to contact customs and pay the possible fee to release the package. How can I contact customs and pay the fee, if required, so that the package can be finally shipped to the seller. It's a return from a order.

Received a email stating my package was stuck in customs waiting inspection. When I pulled it up it's saying accepted. Does that mean it's no longer stuck in customs and on the way to me?
