Package stuck in customs

Hello,
My package is stuck in customs for about 3 months now. Tracking number is LH141528506US I sold it to an ebay buyer but he doesnt want to pay taxes on it ans woudnt want to pick up the package. Is there anyway i can get it back? What is the process for this? Can you please help? Thank you!

Hi Tapanr7,

It's on the way back to the US now. For package returned back, it usually takes about two months to return back. You'd better wait for more days to get it.

Hello,
my DHL package is stuck in customs. The receiver is unwilling to contact customs and pay the possible fee to release the package. How can I contact customs and pay the fee, if required, so that the package can be finally shipped to the seller. It's a return from a order.
The DHL package number is: CY287642624DE
