My package has been stuck in Guangzhou customs since 2020-06-17 13:21. I have attached a customs declaration however my package which is just a toy has been delayed in customs for more than a month. Please help.

The receiver should get a paper from the customs about how to get it. You'd better contact the receive to ask.

Hello,
my DHL package is stuck in customs. The receiver is unwilling to contact customs and pay the possible fee to release the package. How can I contact customs and pay the fee, if required, so that the package can be finally shipped to the seller. It's a return from a order.
