Hi pinpon12,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on October 4 and takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Hello, my package has been stuck at the destination country for about 2 weeks now. Is there any reason as to why? And should I keep waiting?
