My package has been in transit for 116 days. The tracking number is:

I’ve reached out to the company that I bought the shoes from and they haven’t replied.

Hi tristerson,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after it was delivered to air transport. As it has been over three months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund. If the seller doesn't reply you, open a dispute to the platform or contact your visa company to ask for a charge back.
