Package stuck in US. Is it still coming ?

Hey I’m looking to get information on a package I ordered in the month of November. It does have recent updates, but now appears to be stuck. Could you help.

Hi Sara,

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since Jan. 30. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within a week after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
