Package stuck in Zhenghzou

Hi- my package was received in Zhenghzou in 7/6 and there has been no updates : LY816347775CN
What is the general time frame for it to move? Is my package stuck?

Hi Christine,

It's delayed in Zhengzhou now. To my experience, it takes about another 20-40 days to reach the US. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

I ordered shoes from aliexpress 3 months ago and it still says its in export terminal in Zhenghzou and it had for the past two months. The tracking number is LE737306552CN and ive tried to contact every postal office in my town and they all said its probally still in China. The seller nor Aliexpress will give me a refund please help i spent 11 dollars no refund and no package. Can you help

I got a notification that on april 13th my package was sent from origin country, Zhenghzou China. I got the same update on april18 and may 7. After this I haven't gotten any notification and it's been two months since I ordered my package in the end of march. I'm afraid my package is stuck somewhere and I don't understand why I've gotten the same message three times on three different dates that my package "has been sent from origin country". Please help me locate my package or at least check if its on my way..I can provide with my tracking number is necessary.
