Package stuck on "Handed over to Carrier"

I ordered a package off Ali Express on the eleventh. The delivery process was smooth, until it went through Hangzhou on the seventeenth, and has not updated since it was "Handed over to Carrier." This greatly concerns me, considering I am ordering a different package that also went through Hangzhou perfectly fine and has already arrived in America. What do I do?

It may be delayed. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
