Package was send for customs clearance in Guangzhou right after sending.

Hi! Should i be worried that my package right after being send was taken for customs clearance in Guangzhou? It never happened to me normally packaged was leaving China pretty quickly and without problems but now it's stuck and i'm worried about it.
Original Chinese status of a package is "广州市, 送交出口海关/安全"

Hi Alice,

You need to wait for more days for it to be released from the customs. If it's stuck there for a long time, contact the seller to reflect the problem and check it for you.

My package from Singapore to Guangzhou is trapped in China custom. I was told by Singpost the Custom need the invoice but I am not sure how to contact the Custom to send the invoice, can someone help advice me. LP903375925SG

Who told you to provide the invoice? Just ask that person how to proceed.

I shipped a package from Japan to China, Guangzhou, Huadu and it already arrived in China last June 25. The latest update was July 11 it "arrived at Guangzhou Huadu International Investment Department".

Why does it say international department? is my package being flown outside China? And maybe back to me again?
