Tracked my package says delivered I have been home all day
No courier has delivered as states in your tracking details

Hi Linda,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

All four of my packages have been sitting in one spot for about 2 months now. I have already recieved 2 packages from companies in your country. I have three different orders that you guys supposed to be delivering one package says already delivered and I never received it one of the other packages says out for delivery for 3 days and I never received that and the other one says that it has reached the airline and on the way to the US I never received any other updates please can you tell me where are my packages
