My order with tracking number 03488831426 was not received because it has conflicting post office address . can you please send it to university of Ghana

Hi Adelaide,

Do you mean the address is a wrong one for this packet? What's the original address? Is it also an address in Ghana? If so, please contact Ghana Post to check if the packet is Ghana now and then require them to deliver it to the place you required.

If it's not in Ghana now, it may be lost on the way since it has been over three months passed.

hi, my tracking number is: Lx94784394.
I have checked, the system said that my packet have safely arrive in Australia since 1st June 2016.
This is weird because I have not receive anything yet.
Where can I ask information about my packet?
The sender from China suggested me to check on the local post office.
However, I have not received any pick up card, and there are 5 local post offices, where I live.

I started to think my packet is missing.
