Hi I need email address for customs as I sent a return pack from France to China ref cc8688 1681 4fr via collisimo international France when I track it says missing invoice stuck in customs ,I have the invoices now from supplier can you give me an email address at customs to send the invoices to I need this ASAP as they have been there since 16th December ,I sent from France to China please can you help me

Supplier has not contacted you with an invoice in order to return my delivery. My returns delivery has been sitting in China customs for while now. Does the supplier get notification about this?

The customs doesn't provide email service. The recipient in China should have received the notice from his phone message about how to provide. If not, you'd better let the supplier in China to call China Post service number 1183 to ask how to provide the invoice to the customs.
