Parcel always being returned

UW653021468CN is the tracking number. My parcel keeps on being returned everytime it reaches Shanghai. I am annoyed as this is the 5th time and at this rate I will never receive it. Can you please find out why it keeps being returned then in transit again? The parcel is only an AirPods sleeve case. Is there a reason for it to keep being returned everytime and then sent off again? Thank you.

It couldn't pass the check. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
