I’ve sent a parcel in august from Uk, via Royal Mail, the parcel is now stuck at custom and I don’t know the reason, the receiver refuses to contact the custom to find out, tracking number is RN428183640GB. Could you please assist and let me know what is the problem?

hello! recipient has requested for custom to return parcel as it was held in custom for quite awhile and i think the request was successful? recipient then told me to check with my local post office regarding if the parcel will be returned back the same way but local post office kept asking me to check with recipient if the custom have contacted them back and said that parcel is still with custom. is someone able to help me check as to where my parcel CR925888462SG is at right now? because i am really confused due to the different replies.

please do help if possible as i am really worried, thank you in advance
