I'm contacting you today because I sent a return parcel on November 03 but on November 27 my parcel was blocked at customs for "missing invoice".
However, I've never been contacted since to provide proof of my purchase. I would like some information about my parcel and what I need to do to provide you with proof of purchase. Here is the number of my parcel : EW166999174FR
