Parcel blocked at customs due to missing invoice

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am contacting you regarding my parcel number EW164572295FR, which is currently being held at customs in China due to a missing invoice.
I would like to point out that I was not contacted to provide this document. However, I do have the invoice and I can send it to you immediately in order to resolve the issue and allow the delivery of my parcel.
Could you please let me know the correct address or method to send you the invoice?

It doesn't ned the invoice. It needs the receiver in China to pay for tax. The receiver can use WeChat to finish payment. Just search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then, click '缴纳税款' to pay.
