Hi,
I sent a parcel from France to China on October 20th. The tracking number is the following: CC873660213FR.
The package arrived in China but is being held -from November 2 to the present- because of a missing form. What can I do to resolve this problem? Can I email a copy of the document(s) directly to the post office in China? Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated!
