Tracking Number CP384282981CN - Last tracking note says "Shanghai, delivered to air transport - 2020-05-14 05:25". No remark thereafter nor have I received the parcel even though the last remark was entered 12 days back. I do understand delays due to current situation. However can you please advise me the status, thanks. Appreciate your assistance.

It has left China and is in transit to Australia now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.
