Parcel delivered, not to customer

Tracking information states parcel delivered. I have not received the parcel.i do not know who the UK courier is or the UK tracking number for that courier. The China courier tracking is not recognised by any UK courier

Hi missvee,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in UK. Then, use the number to check with Royal Mail about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
