This is my track and trace. My parcel is delivered in amsterdam to someone else but i did not get a local track and trace number. Also this track is not working in postnl tracking

I ordered an item that was delivered by your postal service. unfortunately the tracking number gives a wrong address. The track number : LV348770213CN delivered 30.11.21 at Boulevard Edmond Machtens 63 but my adress is Rue des 4 vents,3 6700 Arlon Belgium.
what can we do? Could you put me in contact with the sender because the sender's contact email is not working. Thanks for your help.
