Hi,
The parcel EY606326775FR is supposed to send to Hong Kong but somehow went to Shanghai and stuck there. Can you give me an update of the status? Will it be sent to Hong Kong or will it be returned to the sender? Thanks!

Hi Patrick,

It will be sent to Hong Kong from Shanghai. You'd better wait for more days to get update showing it arrives.

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
