Yes, if it has been in transit for 5 days, it has been picked up by the courier and courier is dealing with it.

want to know if china post actual shipped this package and where is it AT116043602CN last update i found it said package is in my home town there is only one mail service in my town Canada post the tracking number provided does not register on Canada post so Canada post has advised me to get help tracking it as this could be a sacm? fraud
