Dear Sir or Madam,
Please, clarfy the status of my parcel LT514856454CN. I could not understand what means 'Returned properly delivered'. Was the parcel returned to China?

Hi iryna,

Yes, it's returned back to China and the sender has got it on May 10. You'd better contact the sender as soon as possible to give you a solution.
