Hello, i purchase a item in Ebay, so once the seller have shipped my item and gives me the tracking code, from 6th April 2016 until 13 April 2016 my parcel is still there, help me to detect my parcel (70150357950)

From the format of your tracking number, your parcel is an China Post ordinary parcel instead of an registered one which couldn't be tracked after it left China. In the tracking system, it shows the parcel left Guangzhou, China on 2016-04-06 08:37 and it's on the way to your country.
You can only wait the parcel patiently.

The trucking number of my parcel is EA249428016CN.

The last place where the parcel was registered is Istanbul 01.02.17, (it had to fly to Budapest).

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
