Parcel Held in Customs (China)

My parcel RT189377473SG is held by chinese customs. I have not received any updates as to why the parcel is held or I am missing certain paperwork etc. Are you able to help me with this?

It's waiting for the receiver in China to submit declaration materials to the custom now. He can call 028-85885101 to check details.

I have a parcel mailed via SingPost from Singapore to China, tracking no. CC922449895SG. This parcel is shown as "Held at customs". May I ask if my parcel can be retrieved? If yes, what are the procedures to be taken?
