Parcel is not moving anymore and there is not update. Where is it now?

Hi I bought a parcel from Ebay last February 2020. When I checked the tracking, it is not active anymore. it's been 5 months already. The last update was March 22, "dispatch from country destination" which is China. Here's my tracking: RR073128189KZ

Thanks for answering. I already contacted the seller but I got no response at the moment. I'm just wondering it was already dispatch from the country destination which is China. Why there is no update from your end? Do you think it's missing?

There should be update when it arrives in Philippines. But there is no update for it untill today July 1. It's not normal. It may be lost.

There is no update after March 22. It's not normal that it still hasn't arrived. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
