Hello, I have many parcels stuck at Singapore or Hong Kong airport since (4/1). Do you know how long the delay takes due to covid19?

It has left China and is in transit to Japan now. It takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Japan. Please wait for more days to see.
