My parcel keeps going back in forth between shenzhen and Guangzhou it has done this like about 3 times already what is happening

Hi ,

It's normal now. It was received by airline on June 25 and usually takes about 15-30 days to have update showing it arrives in Philippines after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Hi daisy I'm the same person it said plane arrived and then it said flight departure does that mean it's already in the Philippines?

Hi Daisy,
You wrote back to my first question that my parcel is stuck in Dublin but it’s not in Dublin at all.
I have contacted the mail centre in Dublin and customs office and they both confirmed via email that this package was never received.
This is very bad nobody can tell me where it is.
